Last updated: 11 June 2026. This policy explains what data RollXO Guide ("we", "this site") collects, why, and your rights. Short version: we run a content site, we collect almost nothing directly, and we never sell personal data.

We do not collect names, payment data, gambling activity or account information; we never see what you do at RollXO itself.
2. Cookies & Similar Technologies
- Essential storage: sessionStorage flags (e.g. hiding the bottom banner after you close it), no consent needed, nothing leaves your device.
- Analytics cookies: set only by our analytics provider to count visits, configurable in your cookie banner choice and blockable in any browser.
- Affiliate cookies: when you click an outbound casino link, the casino's tracker sets a cookie on its domain to attribute your sign-up; that cookie is governed by the casino's own privacy policy.
You can clear or block cookies in browser settings at any time; the site works fully without them.
3. Third Parties
Outbound links lead to RollXO (rollxo.com) and its tracking domains. Once you leave this site, RollXO's own privacy policy applies. We also load fonts from Google Fonts; your IP is visible to that CDN as with any web resource.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, Australian Privacy Act, PIPEDA), you may request access, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold (in practice: contact-form emails). Write to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data authority.
5. Age Restriction
This site is for adults 18+ only and does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, email us for immediate deletion.
6. Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
